All undergraduate students must complete the following minimum requirements for a degree. Additional or higher requirements may be specified by divisions. See the divisional sections in the General Catalog for more information.
2.0 minimum cumulative grade point average (unless a higher requirement is specified)
2.0 minimum cumulative grade point average in all coursework completed at Truman
2.0 minimum major grade point average (unless a higher requirement is specified)
124 semester hours (unless a higher requirement is specified)
40 semester hours in 300-,400-,500- level undergraduate courses
63 semester hours of liberal arts and sciences coursework
45 semester hours earned in residence at Truman State University, of which at least 28 of which must immediately precede completion of requirements for the degree, and of which at least 15 must be courses which count toward the student's major requirements
Assessment requirements outlined in the General Catalog, including senior test and portfolio
Completion of all graduation clearance requirements, including completion of the Graduating Student Questionnaire and Information for University Records Form, fulfillment of all financial obligations, and removing all holds.
