Instructions for ALL Students who are interested in Graduating
If you are an undergraduate student, you may apply for graduation the semester before you intend to graduate. Applications must be on file by the start of your final semester. Click here for a list of application deadlines.
Your complete graduation application will consist of:

If you are applying for General Honors in Arts and Sciences, a General Honors in Arts and Sciences worksheet signed by a member of the General Honors committee. Worksheets are available at the bottom of the degree worksheets page.
IMPORTANT NOTE: All substitutions must be approved PRIOR to turning in your Intent to Graduate form. Furthermore, if you are completing a major or minor that includes a learning plan or individualized pattern, you must have these forms approved PRIOR to applying for graduation. Failure to do so will greatly complicate the application process.
Submit form to the Registrar's Office in McClain Hall 104. Allow 4 weeks for processing.
