Instructions for Students who Entered Truman
Before the Fall 2004 Semester
If you are an undergraduate student who entered Truman
before the Fall 2004 semester, you may apply for
graduation after you have completed 90 semester hours.
Graduation applications must be on file at least one semester
prior to graduation, but may not be filed more than one year
prior to your graduation semester. Click
here for a list of application deadlines.
Your complete graduation application will consist of:
A Bachelor Degree Application Form with your advisor's signature. A separate application should be filed for each degree to be received (eg. BA, BS, BM, BSN, BFA).
A completed major worksheet. If you are pursuing a double major, you must submit a worksheet for each major. Be sure that you use worksheets from the same catalog.
A list of courses that will be used to satisfy minor requirements for each of your minors. If you are pursuing an International Studies or Asian Studies minor, you will need a worksheet for that minor signed by a member of the minor committee.
If you are applying for General Honors in Arts and Sciences, you must also submit the General Honors in Arts and Sciences worksheet signed by a member of the General Honors committee. Worksheets are available at the bottom of the degree worksheets page.
Submit completed materials to the Registrar's Office in McClain Hall 104. Allow 4-8 weeks for processing. More time may be required if a large percentage of applicants wait until the deadline to submit their application.
