If you are a new Truman student, if you are a returning student and have not changed your password this semester, or if you are a currently enrolled off-campus student who does not use the Truman network, you must follow these instructions before logging in to TruView for the first time. You must also have your Truman network id number to log in to the system.
Launch your web browser, and go to
https://secure.truman.edu/password.
Click on "I know my current password and want to change it."
Enter your Truman Network ID in the username field. Enter your Social Security Number without dashes in the current password field.
Choose a new password and enter it in the
new password and confirm
new password fields. This password will be used to log
in to campus networked computers and to your personal
TruView account, so be sure to choose a password that is
both secure and easy for you to remember.
To log in to TruView, do the following:
Go to http://truview.truman.edu.
Enter your Truman Network ID in the User
Name field. Enter
your new password in the password field. Click “Log In.”
You are now logged on to TruView. Select the items you would like to view from the menus provided. All student records information, including your transcript, grades, and access to add/drop classes, will appear under the Student tab.
When you are finished using TruView, sign off by clicking on the logout icon in the upper-right hand corner of the screen.
If you need technical assistance logging in to TruView, please contact the Information Technology Services Help Desk at 660-785-4544.
